CBSR Leadership & Clubhouse Culture Guide

The CBSR Leadership & Clubhouse Culture Guide is designed to help baseball and softball athletes understand that leadership isn't about having a title or being the loudest person in the room. True leadership is about setting the standard, influencing others and making the team better.

This guide helps athletes understand their role in creating a positive, competitive and accountable team environment—both on the field and inside the clubhouse.

What the Athlete Gets
