CBSR Mobility Performance Program

The CBSR Mobility Performance Program is designed for high school baseball and softball athletes who want to move better, improve body control and build the mobility needed to perform at a higher level.

Mobility is an important part of athletic development. Baseball and softball require athletes to repeatedly rotate, accelerate, decelerate, throw, swing, squat and change direction. This program helps athletes develop the movement quality needed to perform these actions more efficiently while supporting their overall physical development.

What the Athlete Gets

Athletes will learn how to:

  • Improve overall athletic mobility

  • Increase functional range of motion

  • Improve movement quality and body control

  • Develop better hip, shoulder and lower-body mobility

  • Move more efficiently through athletic positions

  • Support better throwing, hitting and fielding movement

  • Prepare the body for training and competition

  • Incorporate mobility into their regular training routine

  • Improve flexibility without losing athletic control

  • Build movement habits that support long-term development

The goal isn't simply to become more flexible. It's to help athletes move better, move with purpose and give their bodies the freedom to perform the movements baseball and softball demand.
