CBSR Pitch Recognition Guide

The CBSR Pitch Recognition Guide is designed to help baseball and softball athletes become better at one of the most important skills in hitting—seeing, identifying and reacting to the pitch before it reaches the plate.

Great hitters don't simply react to the ball. They learn to recognize pitch type, spin, speed, trajectory and location, allowing them to make better decisions in a fraction of a second.

What the Athlete Gets
