SOPHOMORE WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM

52 Weeks of Structured Strength & Athletic Development

The Sophomore Weight Lifting Program is a complete 52-week strength and conditioning program designed to help athletes build strength, power, athleticism and confidence while developing good training habits.

The program is broken into 6-week training blocks, giving the athlete a clear progression throughout the year rather than simply repeating the same workouts.

WHAT YOU GET

  • 52 weeks of structured training

  • 6-week progressive training blocks designed to build upon each other

  • A clear training schedule so athletes know what to do, when to do it and how to progress

  • Strength development focused on building a stronger athletic foundation

  • Exercises designed to develop power, explosiveness, stability and overall athletic ability

  • Progressive workloads that allow the athlete to develop over time

  • Training guidance designed specifically around the demands of a developing high school athlete

  • A program that helps athletes establish consistency, discipline and proper training habits

  • A long-term development approach rather than a short-term workout plan

THE GOAL

This isn't just a collection of workouts. It's a full-year development plan designed to take the athlete through each stage of their sophomore year with purpose and progression.

By following the program consistently, athletes can build the physical foundation they need to become stronger, more explosive and better prepared for the demands of high-level baseball or softball.

52 weeks. 6-week blocks. One complete plan for athletic development.

Athletes should use appropriate technique, supervision and exercise selection based on their individual age, experience and physical abilities.
